a truly indulgent through-the-day treat featuring exotic ingredients and aromatic  botanicals

The UK now boasts over 800 gin distilleries, with the crafting of subtle combinations of fruits, herbs and spices creating a wide choice of small-batch botanical gins, each with their own distinctive flavours and finishes.

As well as enjoying craft gins at The Eclipse,  connoisseurs will also find the traditional stalwarts of Gordon's, Tanqueray, Hendricks, Opihr and Bombay Sapphire behind the bar as well as a choice of premium mixers.

Besides traditional Schweppes Tonic Water, our range of complementary tonic waters, each created for their gin enhancing botanicals and natural flavours, include Fever Tree’s Mediterranean, Sicilian Lemon and Elderflower.
